FAQ

FAQ

What is GOTS certification?

GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It verifies organic fibre content and sets environmental and social requirements for textile processing, supported by independent certification.

Why choose organic cotton?

Choosing certified organic cotton supports farming standards that restrict synthetic pesticides and fertilisers and prohibit genetically modified seed. For finished textiles, certification such as GOTS also covers processing and social criteria.

Is organic cotton suitable for my baby’s skin?

Soft cotton can be a comfortable choice for clothing next to the skin. Organic describes how the cotton is grown; it does not guarantee that a garment will prevent irritation or allergies. Fit, seams, dyes and laundry products can also affect comfort.

What is the difference between organic and conventional cotton?

Both come from the cotton plant. The distinction is the farming standards and verification: certified organic cotton follows rules on agricultural inputs and genetically modified seed. Organic fibre alone does not establish how a finished fabric was dyed or processed.

How should I care for organic cotton products?

Follow the care label and the instructions on the product page. Washing and drying requirements can differ between clothing, towels and stuffed toys, even when they use organic cotton.

Are training pants a replacement for diapers?

These are reusable training underwear for the potty-training stage. Do not assume diaper-level absorbency or overnight leak protection.

Which size should I choose?

Check the size guide by weight and height. Between two sizes, choose the bigger one. Size exchanges are free within 14 days.

How long does delivery take?

2–4 working days in Cairo & Giza and 3–6 working days elsewhere. Free delivery on orders over LE 1,500.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes — cash on delivery is available all over Egypt.
